1 | Each day, incredible posters are put out into the world. Some sell out immediately, some do not. In this weekly list, EVIL TENDER picks a handful of great posters that are still available. |
2 | French illustrator Thomas Danthony is clear in his work. He forms an idea and it crystalizes on the canvas with only the necessary parts. Purposeful shapes and color. Just the right tooth of the paper and brush. His latest body of work puts the full focus on the simple beauty and calm of waterfalls. |
3 | Danger’s art print ‘limited to one’ moves beyond his focus on the self and presents a piece where he is here with us, recognition that he is not on this world alone. In this poster the figure is all of us as much as it is him, as best he is able to be present. The records on the floor, traces of his personal evolution. |
4 | In his duo of prints, Love in the Time of Corona and Love in Lockdown, UK based illustrator Paul Blow looks at the global lockdown through the collected lives of people sheltered in an apartment complex. |
